Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with first time passes with Ernst & Young in London specialising in the audit of industrial and manufacturing companies.Transferred to Ernst & Young's corporate finance practice specialising in advising management teams on all aspects of MBOs. Transactions included the MBO of Great Western Trains and advising the administrator on the sale of Barings to ING Groep.
