My role is as sales support to our recruitment consultants. Carrying out online research to find candidates and resourcing, speaking to candidates to determine their suitability for job matches, as well as following up sales leads.I act as officer administrator, maintaining our specialist recruitment database, keeping records up to date and accessible for internal searching, and full office support.

I had the opportunity to take a year out and work as a volunteer. Having been involved in gymnastics, supporting my daughter's gym career over the last 10 years I joined a venture to to set up a new gymnastics club.
