An EMCC accredited executive coach and leadership development consultant. My coaching empowers individuals and teams to thrive in today’s complex and ever-changing environment. I work with clients to navigate challenges, unlock potential and achieve personal growth. With a focus on building psychological safety, strengthening relationships and fostering resilience, I create an environment of support and challenge where individuals and teams can flourish. Comfortable with ambiguity, I adapt to emerging patterns, incorporating a range of methodologies including embodied coaching, visualisations, and constellations to suit my clients.I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching practice, with a diverse career spanning leadership and consulting roles in both technology companies and PwC. I recently completed my Professional Certificate in Team, Board, and Systemic Coaching at Henley Business School. I also hold accreditations in Facet5 and Strengthscope methodologies.I thrive on working across different sectors, using these broad experiences to gain fresh insights and identify common patterns. Most recently I have worked across a range of organizations, from small family firms to global charities and large commercial organisations including professional services, retail, finance, and engineering. I also work with The Corndel Management School, delivering the L7 Executive Leadership Development Programme in partnership with Imperial College, London. In this role, I coach senior business leaders, enhancing their leadership skills, team productivity, and overall performance as they pursue formal management qualifications.
