• Administer and manage contracts under minimal supervision
• Responsible for issuing, processing and administering contracts across all programs of the organization including, Mill Levy Funded Programs, Medicaid Waiver Programs, State Funded Program, Early Intervention, Clinical.
• Create contract amendments/extensions
• Abide by the State of Colorado Rules and Regulations as well as revise existing contracts that the organization maintains with the State of Colorado to ensure the compliance of all requirements.
• Review grant materials to ensure compliance and collected/reviewed grant reporting performance and outcome data
• Credential providers to ensure contract compliance; client safety utilizing multiple websites for verification (e.g. DORA, OIG, etc.)
