Factor Social (FS) is a dynamic SME specializing in using psychology as a solution in different problems and contexts. For 2 months I worked on a variety of tasks for two projects: COVINFORM and MigranTech.COVINFORM draws upon intersectionality theory and complex systems analysis in an interdisciplinary critique of COVID-19 responses on the levels of government, public health, community, and information and communications. Promising practices are evaluated in target communities through case studies spanning diverse disciplines and vulnerable populations.The aim of the project MigranTech is to create a digital platform that provides e-learning tools and methods for migrants, refugees and also the professionals working with migrants and refugees to support their learning and employment level, while contributing to social and professional inclusion, as well as the reduction of discrimination against refugees.
