I manage two production shifts at a MRF (material recovering facility) of about 50+ people. I over see the day to day operations of production 11 recyclable commodities.

Formally know as Abitibi Recycling I started from the bottom at Abitibi, I started out at an inbound clerk moved up to scale office specialists, customer service then to dispatch and finally ended in the accounting department as an AR specialist. As the years went by II was a part of many special projects, one of which i was part of a team that helped integrate on board computers and scales on our Front end Loaders. My site started out as the pilot program. I was then picked to go to different3. I went to different sites where I had to trail the driver, site managers and also help install equipment. I eventually made it to the corporate office in accounting where i applied payments from $200 to $5M dollars. I also helped recover over $2M dollars in old invoices.
