1. Process vendor invoices in Accounting system. Resolve differences, enter and schedule for payment. Ensure that all invoices have been approved according to company procedure. Review allbatches for accuracy.2. Generate weekly check runs and prepare manual checks as needed.3. Match checks to invoices and forward to check signers. Mail checks and file supporting documents.4. Set up new vendors as required. Maintain file of W-9s for all vendors and prepare/file annual 1099s.5. Reconcile vendor statements to processed invoices as required.6. Maintain unused checks in a locked, secure file cabinet.7. Reorder company checks as required.8. Maintain A/P files of open and paid invoices.9. Answer vendor and internal inquiries

1. Review and Post Daily Revenue by Department2. Researched batch differences and troubleshoot system glitches.3. Enter Reported Deposits and Payments in General Cashier Excel Report to Balance with cash drops.4. Maintain records for Over/Short Drops and follow up to solve differences.5. Cleared Cash Clearing GL account and post transactions to GL Bank account.6. Responsible for Daily Bank Deposits 7. Hotels Main Cashier responsible for all other Hotel Bank Audits and change.8. Balance Guest Ledger and City Ledger9. Maintain off property Storage Records and schedule pick ups or deliveries as necessary.10. Assist with guest disputes after checkout11. Respond to credit card disputes in a timely manor.

Responsible for entire Payroll duties for 300+ employees including payroll batches entered in general ledger.
