I am currently Head of Business Growth for Harcourts Accommodation Centre and have been apart of the team since 2014. My role is spread across our entire team to find new technology, and develop new strategies and processes to assist them in providing a phenomenal property management experience for all our clients. I also manage the marketing and promotion of our services to property investors and tenants.My husband, a property valuer, is obsessed with property investment and has passed that obsession to me. We have built and grown our investment portfolio recently, which has given me a strong and in-depth understanding of what it takes to be a property investor and how you can grow your property portfolio.I have an honours degree in Speech and Language Pathology, which although very different to the property industry has given me plenty of transferable skills, especially being able to learn quickly, critically analyse all situations and build rapport efficiently with all clients.
