I am a Registered Behavior Technician at Action Behavior Centers, where I provide ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I work with a team of certified behavior analysts and therapists to deliver evidence-based interventions that improve the social and communication skills of our clients. I collect and analyze data, implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor the progress and outcomes of the interventions. I have a BA in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I completed courses in developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and research methods. I also gained valuable experience as a student intern at Sunrise ABA, where I applied the principles of ABA to help children with ASD. I developed critical thinking, active listening, and data collection skills, as well as a passion for helping others. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a professional in the field of ABA and to make a positive impact on the lives of children with ASD.
