I was promoted to Supervisor in 2018. My role as Supervisor of Food and Beverage involves the morning set up of the restaurant at the Moreland’s Grill alongside my team. My team are the core and working together to meet each target while delivering 5 start service that the Westin Hotel is known for were our daily goals. I managed the teams daily questions, requests and rostering issues with management of reservations and updating activities to the General Management team. This role has been exciting and challenging in both leadership and meeting each customer's expectations. I started visual merchandising with Corpo e Alma in 2010 and began updating the visual identity of the brand "Corpo e Alma¹⁰ ". I developed the theme of the collections and implemented the design to each of the 12 store windows. I trained sales staff by presenting collections and products for a better engagement of the target audience. I coordinated a team of architects, engineers and interior designers to open and expand new stores. I have directed photographers & graphic designers to develop the Seasonal Catalog Collections. Supervised the creation of the brand website. Managed the Visual Merchandising industry budget.

A client would request designs to be produced for their retail stores and it was my role to communicate this to production. The role was both creative and administrative and involved good business to business relationship building. I also directed the models when producing a pilot piece, a piece of clothing that is the first of its type along with the quality control of the production of my client's portfolio.
