I have always emphasized a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, working closely with dietary, rehab, and music therapy teams. This commitment led to my nomination for Nurse of the Year. After experiencing burnout at the bedside, I transitioned to an outpatient role as a Stroke Nurse Navigator, where I launched the award-winning podcast “Stronger After Stroke" for the Norton Neuroscience Institute (NNI). Now serving as Advisory Board Chair for Power Up Nursing, I am dedicated to improving the quality of life for both nurses and patients.On the Health Podcast Network, my show “Nurse Rosa's INsights"explores solutions to the challenges healthcare professionals face by interviewing leaders in various specialties. This podcast is for those ready to create real solutions, not just highlight problems.In addition to my work in nursing, I also host “The Lou Review", a podcast spotlighting local business owners and nonprofits in Louisville, KY, showcasing their efforts to make our community exceptional.
