The Union Benefits Analyst will be responsible for demonstrating strong attention to detail with an ability to perform professional and complex analytical work in support of union, statutory compliance and union benefit policies and practices.Responsibilities:Subject matter expert for labor trust fund compliance in support of corporate and operations functions.Provide a range of analyses and reports for employee data changes according to labor contract rules, union trust fund contributions, and reporting cost summaries.Conduct internal audits to ensure data integrity and contract compliance.Assists with Open Enrollments for multiple union groups ensuring accuracy and full compliance with each contracts' respective unique benefit terms.Generate and interpret reports according to labor contract rules and in anticipation of labor contract negations/changes.Provide expert support for HRIS/Benefits Administration system configurations that drive accrual liabilities for fund contributions, etc.Support trust fund audits with reporting and analysis as required.Manage union data portals for reconciliation of invoices for contribution remittances.Provides billing support for UAW self-funded medical plans in accordance with benefit guidelines, analyze and report claim details.Support business partners with analysis of employee data as needed.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency in MS suite of applications.
