In May 2021 i was offered a position for a staffing coordinator at a staffing agency, My duties there consisted of finding the best candidates for our general labor positions as well as direct hire positions and start them with the application process. I took over clients and spoke to them directly on there needs as well as new employees. Helped with sick time card as well as payroll issues with our employees. answered multi telephone lines and conducted on the phone and in person interview and help our candidates with their onboarding process. Took identification, drug screenings and offered positions. Did wake upcalls to new employees on a daily basis, pass downs for our night crew to know who would be starting the next day. April 2022 helped management with a new project were they incorporated a new department that started with myself named the associate and relationship department. There i was the first contact with the potential candidates, I screened them and if I was moving forward I would send them the onboarding packets and help them threw the process, scheduled in office appointment for drug screening and identifications and once done sent to a recruiter to offer positions. August 2022- Recruiter 2 Went back to recruiting candidates.
