I am a Doctor in Biology, a specialist in Human Genetics and an Executive Master in Business Management and Administration, with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector.In my holistic vision of health, I have complemented my knowledge of Biomedicine with the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine.I have recently completed the ESAH Master's Degree in Enology (with the participation of the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla and the Lezama Group, mark: 9.20/10), in which I have obtained accreditation as a student of excellence. As a lover of wine, wine tasting, wineries, the countryside and nature in general, I have always been curious about this sector, which I find fascinating. Uncorking a bottle, tasting a wine and accompanying it with the appropriate meal is a magical moment that joints together in time the effort of winemaking with a special occasion.I am interested in learning and acquiring knowledge in the world of enology, in order to dedicate myself professionally to this sector.
