El Puente Green Light District (GLDé is a strategic ten-year initiative to sustain, Experience Education Collectives grow, green, and celebrate Williamsburg’s Southside community.The Green Light District seeks to build equity and sustainability through connecting residents to each other, socially and culturally; sharing knowledge and resources across the neighborhood through partnerships, coalitions, and alliances; improving access to public resources, and building leadership in the community to carry our collective goals forward.

Primary goal was to rebuild a resilient Youth Program in the Wake of COVID 19Assessed the damage and the unique challenges posed by the pandemic. Conducted surveys and held discussions with program participants, parents, and stakeholders to gain insights into their concerns, needs, and preferences. Enhanced the quality and diversity of our offerings, we forged partnerships with educational institutions and non-profits. Led and introduced workshops focused on building resilience, coping mechanisms, and mental health awareness. Formed a youth advisory board that played an active role in shaping the program's direction, suggesting new ideas, and representing the perspectives of their peers. Revived arts and sports programming.

BEAT Global produces cross-disciplinary programs led by world-class professional artists that teach the arts of beatboxing, breakdancing, music production, creative writing, MC’ing, and performing live. In addition, BEAT provides services, such as T3 Teach-the-Teacher), as well as PD Professional Development using “Cypher-based” pedagogy).

Support the Civic Programs team with project management on the Tomas Saraceno exhibit entitled "Particular Matter(s)” Manage and lead in developing tools and systems for project production and marketing schedules and timelines for the creative team. Research, identify, plan, and support day-to-day collaboration with potential partners and solidify speakers for the commissions "Talk Series".

Advisor & Coach to Executive Director and administrative team supporting in launching of new initiatives and company management. Oversaw core program functions including; recruiting, hiring, training staff, budgeting, team management and personnel retention. The Global Justice Institute is a comprehensive training & certification program that focuses on leadership development and personal empowerment. Certified trainers can provide training and support in the areas of arts for social change, cultural organizing, community & youth development, environmental advocacy & climate change among others.
