Effectively monitor and engage consumers via social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok for over 30 brands in North America. Focus on providing the best customer experience to consumers and company for which we monitor for. Serve as part of the Spanish Bilingual team to engage our Spanish speaking consumers online and bring them the same experience we bring to our English speaking consumers.

As an advisor my position involved advising college students in a wide variety topics. I advised students on time management, grade calculations, course registration, and navigating through college in various aspects. I also consulted student organizations to help promote and develop events for the greater campus community based on diversity and multiculturalism. Other projects involved conference presentations, teaching summer courses, and participated in hiring staff through active involvement in multiple hiring committees.

As a Latinx Organizer I was hired to work for Planned Parenthood to participate and lead campaign tactics such as phone banks, door-to-door canvassing, and community events. I worked to develop relationships in the Northeast region of Wisconsin with allied organizations, key political players, and build a base of volunteers to achieve our goals within the campaign.
