- Support the employees in their entire life cycle at XXXLdigital: Recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.- Sparring partner of management in the Engineering Area by: Detecting team needs (whether on salary raises compared to the market or by encouraging training and development), helping to solve team conflicts and improve work relations, advising on communication, or providing HR strategies.- Manage the full process of recruiting for the Agile and E-commerce Development team (Frontend, Backend, Cloud engineering, Automation, QA):Active sourcing, telephone screening, competencies interview, offer negotiation with business and candidates.- Day-to-day operations people tasks:Contract creation and modification, payslip inquiries...-Provide guidance on People policies to the business and employees. -Creation and participation in new People projects applicable to all employees of XXXLdigital- Proposal and development of new People initiativesAchievements: I was one of the first 2 colleagues of XXXLdigital in Barcelona with the mission of recruiting our entire tech team in our newly open office in Barcelona and to propose and create strategies to keep together our incipient team since there was nothing implemented nor planned for the Barcelona office from the HQ.- Recruit and engage during the first 2 years of our entire Barcelonese e-commerce tech and development team (backend, frontend, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Automation Engineers and QA engineers).- Recruit our first employees in Asturias which also results in the opening of a new office of XXXLdigital.- Proposal and implementation of the onboarding and mentoring process initially for Barcelona and ultimately implemented for all XXXLdigital employees.- Creation of a competencies dictionary and competency interview guide, as a base for interviews and employee evaluation process.- Creation and hosting of our first digital talk event.

As part of the Stradivarius Central Human Resources Team, I was responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment processes, including the following tasks: - Coordinating with the hiring HR Manager to identify staff needs and determine selection criteria and timmings. - Planning the recruitment and branding approach for different types of profiles. - Searching for new recruitment sources. - Creating and publishing offers. - Headhunting. - Screening incoming job applications and CVs. - Competency-based interviews. - Presentation of the more qualified and suitable candidates to managers. - Offering an excellent candidate experience, through frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. - Managing the databases of the candidates. - Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; developing the talent pool or social engagements. - Liaising with the Universities and schools for the internship programs and the Recruitment and HR tool providers.
