Rosa is a clinical and consulting psychologist, an ICF PCC coach and as certified mentor coach. Her training in psychology, her understanding of systems theory, her knowledge of assessments and vast experience with supervision and training enrich her approach to coaching, training, consulting and mentoring.In her current role, Rosa is responsible for recruiting, selecting ,developing mentoring and managing quality for CCL's Executive Coaches in Western North America and Latin America. Rosa has grown the coaching community for the San Diego Campus from a small group of 55 coaches to 110 coaches dispersed from Western Canada, Seattle, WA and several countries of Latin America. and who serve a complex coaching portafolio and customized leadership solutions. Rosa has mentored many of them and she is known for her direct and kind approach.Rosa has responsibility for CCL's New Coach Orientation (NCO) program, a robust coach training program which is approved by the International Coach Federation and by the Center for Credentialing and Education toward their Board Certifid coach credential. In her tenure at CCL so far, Rosa has conducted 3 NCO's in Latin America and 3 in North America.In addition to her coaching talent management work, Rosa consults with the account teams to help integrate assessment instruments and coaching in to CCL's customized Leadership solutions. She also engages in selective Executive Coaching Engagements and is a member of the campus Leadership Team and the Global coaching talent management team. Rosa's multicultural background and experience and her fluency in several languages, contribute to her ability to excel in her role which spans 3 continents, 3 languages and several different time zones.

For over a decade Rosa has worked as an executive coach, trainer, and leadership development consultant for CCL. She has coached senior international executives from a wide variety of industries with the goal of helping them improve and expand their leadership capabilities as their roles become larger and more complex. Rosa is the assistant coaching talent manager for CCL® coaches working in Latin America and a mentor coach for new CCL adjunct coaches.
