As a Senior In-House Corporate Trainer and coach, I had to orchestrate individual and group training and coaching to enable employee development, focusing on workplace communication, cross cultural management, global leadership, business communication skills. I supported management in optimizing trainees’ performance and creating assessment/performance evaluation guidelines. It was my duty to plan and prepare a specialized training program and curriculum for Samsung leadership development to meet and exceed business goals. I developed and managed online and instructor led training material in line with business goals by overseeing the quality of training content. I was assigned to set timelines/goals and manage the team performance to achieve training objectives. I supervised performance reviews to evaluate each participant’s progress while monitoring workflow and behaviors throughout the training process. I had to analyze and identify training needs by conducting surveys and interviews with employees and focus groups while consulting with business leaders. I collaborated with HR managers for designing new and effective training opportunities. I also led, onboarded, trained, and mentored staff to enable the smooth adoption of a new program. I had to serve on management assigned task forces and committees for directing projects with instructors. Moreover, I delivered proactive leadership in curricular development, program execution, and training/management assignment issues.Below are my notable accomplishments:• Played a pivotal role in administering Samsung Global Speaking Test as an official in-house interviewer.• Led over 35 corporate trainers in regard to administrative responsibilities and training management.• Planned and provided direction for intensive corporate global communication, cross cultural leadership, and global competency training and coaching programs for more than 200 trainees a year.

During my tenure at the Samsung Human Resources and Development Center, I played a key role in mentoring and guiding new training staff on instructional content, work procedures, and policy compliance. I developed training workshops aligned with Samsung’s business strategies by analyzing trends and planning training programs, including the centralized globalization initiative with 25 weekly training hours. My direct involvement in budgeting helped shape the reach and impact of these programs, ensuring they met the strategic needs of executive leadership.I led the creation and production of blended learning training materials such as online videos and radio broadcasts for Samsung Broadcasting, delivering critical content on global communication and management skills to enhance accessibility and scalability across the organization. I strategically coordinated with HR representatives, trainees, and management teams to ensure alignment with high-priority training objectives and organizational goals. Reporting directly to executive leaders, I provided in-depth evaluations and performance insights that informed strategic decisions and future development initiatives. My approach also included individualized goal-setting and tailored development programs, preparing selected staff for cross-functional roles and strengthening their global business communication competencies.
