Defined and executed inbound marketing and direct marketing strategies/campaigns to generate leads. Led content promotion via social media, press and partners. Managed HubSpot Enterprise project implementation. Created loyalty strategy and follow-up. Created Sales support materials. Organised webinars and presence at international trade fairs (Motortec Madrid, Expomecânica Porto).Achievements:> Developed an automated lead management process through the creation of content focused on the prospect's buyer journey and the implementation of HubSpot as the CRM and marketing tool in conjunction with SalesForce. This Lead management process enabled the presales and sales team to work with a seamless process and to have a 25% bigger and regular flow of interested and qualified contacts to drive sales, previously limited to cold door strategies.> Positioned Infopro Digital Automotive in the Spanish and Portuguese markets as a unique partner for digital solutions in the automotive aftermarket through regular communication in the trade press, associations and social media. Before this branding, the market perceived 3 separate brands, each addressing a different target (Etai Ibérica, Isi Condal, Haynes Pro). This increased our brand awareness.

Defined and implemented a B2B online marketing strategy focused on the creation and promotion of valuable content for lead generation and customer retention. Created online content based on SEO criteria. Promoted content through emailing campaigns, advertising (Google Ads and Facebook Ads), press and social media publications. Created Sales support materials. Launched and maintained website, blog, social media and CRM.Achievements:> Replaced of a traditional direct commercial lead acquisition model with an online lead acquisition model. The new online lead system allowed the company to increase the number of leads captured by 20%.> Built the company's online branding and reputation from scratch. The result of this online presence strategy was an increase in brand awareness in the industry and lead generation.

Designed and managed CIRA's marketing strategy to promote the work of the Associació Catalana de Recanvistes among Catalan spare parts distributors and manufacturers.Achievements:>Extended CIRA's online communication reach by regularly posting content on its blog/social media and in the trade press. This increased brand awareness and facilitated the commercial work of recruiting new members for the association.
