I have over 20 years of experience in customer service and management. I have 8 years of experience in retail management, where I learned skills on hiring and scheduling staff. I was responsible for the interviewing and onboarding process. I was responsible for hiring for our holiday staffing and hired over 100 employees for different departments. I also learned floor set execution and mapping withing the retail scope. I was able to meet high demands of sales within my specific departments and was also responsible for overall store performance during my CSL shifts. I have over 10 years of experience in Consumer Banking. I was able to be a part of the cash management side of the banking industry, when I was a Lead Teller Operation Specialist. I learned the cash management policies and audits in the banking industry and being responsible for different entitles ensuring the bank followed proper procedures. I then transition to the sales side and became a personal banker and manager on duty. The primary role was to have drive sales and assist customers to ensure they reached their finance goals. I was able to assist with mobile applications and team up with Mortgage and Investment partners to build relationships. Currently I am pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
