My first and foremost duty is to drive the organization’s operating capabilities to surpass students satisfaction and institution goals.

My job roles vary, depending on the grade and skill level of the student. Responsibilities may include assessing student’s strengths and weaknesses in different areas, planning session plans to target specific skills, and developing ways to help them improve.

I virtually take visitors (mostly students) to tourist spots such as beaches, traditional villages and provide them with background information live from the sites, to help them make the most of their visit.

I virtually accompany groups of visitors to tourist attractions and give them information and insights that help them make the most of the experience.

My main role is facilitating effective communication between villagers/officers and other parties who do not speak the same language by converting one language to another; whether using local languages, Indonesian, or English.

I operated a cash register, communicated with customers, and assisted other restaurant staffs as needed.

I maintained all websites and social medias contents to ensure it was accurate, up to date, well written and met usability and accessibility standards.My roles also involved worked with the programmers and Graphic Designers on a daily basis to ensure that the structure and the content of the Customers' websites and Social Media met clients' demands and needs.

I provided clerical and organizational support to sales team. I also tracked orders, processed paperwork, maintained the customer database, and ensured products or services were delivered on-time.I sometimes handled client questions, requests, and complaints.
