With over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications and IT industries, I've made a career out of helping people, organizations and teams achieve beyond their expectations.In my current role, I serve as vice president of Knowledge Management and Competence Development (KMCD) for Nokia’s Cloud and Network Services business group. My team inspires a continuous learning community that combines all forms of learning to build technology leaders and support people’s career growth and mobility. Under my leadership, Nokia has won the prestigious Global MIKE Award (Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise) for its world-class approach to knowledge management.Previous to Nokia, I held multiple leadership positions with Alcatel-Lucent USA, including executive director in Global Professional Services. When the company was acquired in 2016, I became head of Nokia’s Global Master Solution Integrated Services, building its new portfolio to $50 million, with a 40% sales margin and $120 million funnel.Complementing my deep foundation in enterprise, telecom, networking and technology, I am accredited as an associate certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. My leadership style is modeled around integrity, accountability and collaboration, with a track record that includes building business in new markets, launching expanded services and finding competitive advantage for profitability.A graduate of Hood College, I reside in Silver Spring, Maryland, with my husband, Chris. I am a member of the League of Women Voters, a passionate SCUBA diver and enjoy entertaining, gourmet cooking and red wine.
