Until Q1 2024 I was statutory managing director of neurocare Group Netherlands where I built up 7 clinics with my teams. We managed to get rTMS as reimbursed care, and as a certified training center educated many professionals in hospitals and mental health institutions.I was P&L responsible and reported to my supervisory board and the German mother company.As a global Senior Clinical Advisor I stay connected to neurocare.With Vistage I am building a peer advisory group including one on one coaching for CEO's. With this great opportunity I am combining my experience in psychology, group dynamics, business experience and leadership in order to help other leaders and entrepreneurs.Furthermore I am a member of the Supervisory Board at Phitaal. Chair of the committee Quality & Safety and member of the Remuneration committee. In 2023 I completed the Advanced Program for non-executive directors (supervisory board members) at TIAS School for Business and Society.Background:I graduated at the Radboud University of Nijmegen in 1999 with a Master in Clinical Psychology. Whilst practicing as a psychologist, I worked towards two further postgraduate degrees and in 2006 became a specialist and registered clinical psychologist-psychotherapist.In 2017 I succesfully completed my MBA at TSM Business School.
