Rosalind Tsang, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is the New York City Studio Director at BDP, a global architecture, design and urbanism practice. She is also an Equity and Inclusion Strategist at Human Space, BDP's inclusive design consultancy. An articulate, strategic, hands-on leader, Rosalind is committed to design and technical excellence, resulting in spaces where individuals and communities can thrive. Her international portfolio includes Residential, Mixed-Use, Commercial, Hospitality, Adaptive Re-use, Master Planning, Interiors and Product Design. Rosalind holds a Fellowship at the Urban Design Forum, New York, and is a key member of the Good Form Initiative which examines the links between the built environment and certain public health outcomes, including Fresh Air, Active Places, Safe Experiences and Spaces for Healing. She serves on ULI New York’s Housing Council and Women’s Leadership Initiative University Outreach Committee. As Co-Chair for the AIA New York Women in Architecture Committee, Rosalind advocates for women and minorities in leadership, mentorship, and diversity and inclusion within architecture and the allied design and building industries. She remains active as a mentor for architecture students. Rosalind received her Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
