I compiled USDA Agricultural Census data for Central Texas counties with local food producers in SFC's farmers' markets. I analyzed the Ag Census data to find trends in the changing landscape of farms, demographics of producers, and crop types over time for 22 counties. -

I collaborated and created a category taxonomy for over 25,000 SKUs. To assess and improve supplier performance for 75 antibody suppliers, I created an Excel dashboard pulling in different data metrics and automated the process of generating monthly complaint reports to targeted suppliers. I investigated cost-saving opportunities and built business cases to pursue nearly $400k of savings. For an EHS project, I contributed to re-configuring the supply chain of a chemical restricted by the EU by communicating with internal sites and with suppliers. -
