IT System Analyst/Client Support November 2017 Analyze client requirements, determine fit and customizations, develop proposals, and develop supporting data for cost estimates, and present XPO’s capabilities and solution to client prospects.Support project manager for system implementations and upgrades and provide ongoing support.Support Implementations by developing documented implementation plans, configuring system, training users, and providing post implementation support.Develop detailed functional specifications for modifications, defect corrections, enhancements, and user documentation.Evaluates, monitors, and corrects system network issues to avoid system failure and minimize system downtime.Identify and implement solutions that provide efficient information processing and strong data integrity.Analyze functional requirements, data relationships, and attributes, resulting in data flows.Perform integrated quality assurance testing during system changes before they are released to key users.Work with IT Development, IT infrastructure and other teams in converting the business solution into technical system solutions.Documents user steps and desk instructions for system and process changes.Analyzes business needs and documents requirements, both functional and non-functional, user stories and business workflows.Plan and Perform WMS Platform maintenance including updates, upgrades, and patches.Perform EDI Analysis to ensure that the electronic data interchange system operates properly to meet client requirements.
