As part of the H3D units lead optimisation teams, I was responsible for developing new ADME assays and conducting human dose predictions for potential new antimalarial drugs. The assays I developed were CYP Inhibition, artificial permeability and time-dependent inhibition assays.

I worked as part of the MDR-DMPK group which supported all therapeutic areas in GSK. I was responsible for running microsomal stability and permeability assays.

I was responsible for screening a set of ~2000 compounds in an MDCK-MDR1 passive permeability assay. The data was used to build an in silico model.
