I'm a fourth-year Industrial and Systems Engineering student at Ohio University. With a passion for innovation, leadership, and engineering excellence, I've had the privilege of engaging in a diverse range of activities that have shaped my journey.Education:I am currently pursuing a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, where I've developed a deep understanding of optimizing complex systems and processes. My time at Ohio University has not only equipped me with invaluable technical skills but has also fostered a strong sense of collaboration and problem-solving.Leadership:One of my proudest roles is serving as the President of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) organization. In this capacity, I've been fortunate to work alongside fellow students and faculty to promote professional development, networking, and the advancement of our field.Additionally, I have the honor of leading Alpha Pi Mu, an esteemed engineering honors society. This role has allowed me to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of my peers in the world of engineering.As a member of Theta Tau, an engineering fraternity, I've had the opportunity to build lasting connections with like-minded individuals who share a passion for engineering and community service.Extracurricular Activities:Beyond my academic and leadership pursuits, I find solace and joy in music. I am a proud member of the Marching 110, where I play the tenor saxophone. The camaraderie and discipline required in this ensemble have been a significant part of my college experience.Professional Development:Currently, I'm dedicated to my role as the Coordinator Director for the upcoming IISE conference scheduled for February 2024 at Ohio University. This exciting opportunity allows me to blend my academic pursuits with real-world event coordination and planning, helping to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the world of Industrial and Systems Engineering.I am passionate about fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible within the field of engineering.
