Performs all areas of proposal development responding to Government RFPs/IDIQ's for Intel and the DoD Community including Management, Coordination, Desktop Publishing, and Volume Leader/Book Boss. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the proposal process from receipt of RFP through final submission including all team reviews adhering to customer requirementsHands-on and thoroughly familiar with the development of full life-cycle proposals, analyzing RFP, build cross reference/compliance matrices and outline, facilitates Kick-off meetings and daily stand-ups, Storyboarding, Black Hat, Blue, Pink, Red and Gold Team Reviews.

Takes ownership and provides leadership from receipt of RFP through final delivery serving throughout as a role model; planning, scheduling, budgeting, facilitating, outlining, organizing, writing, reviewing, communicating, improving on, refining, advising and assisting the proposal team for the sole purpose of developing a winning proposal. Fully accountable to ensure proposals are compliant and delivered on schedule.Advanced user of MS Office, skills include; Desktop Publishing and Proposal Coordination.
