Responsible for managing contractors, ensuring all sites installations were completed on time, fulfilling all customers expectation and requirements.At NEC I was in charge of the Supervision of Network Integration for Ericsson mini-link radio systems in remote locations(Outback / rough terrain with restricted access) I was also in charge for all documentation, staff and quality control & following up 3 and 6 months after the delivery and installation of the equipment.Project management for Network integration of radios and multiplex’s on a nationwide project in conjunction with CLARO (Colombia’s largest mobile phone and telecommunications network provider)Responsibilities: - Supervision of Network Integrations - R&D - Documentation, Staff & Quality Control - Intercompany relations & liaising Achievements: - High degree of success in deployment of infrastructure in remote regions. - Installation of modems and servers around the country in areas of low economic resources - Positive feedback from CLARO for my efficiency and always being able to deliver projects within the timeframe allocated.
