Creative and a driven scientist with 15 years of experience in the field of Biotechnology/Synthetic/Genetic and Molecular Biology.I have designed, implemented and managed several individual and collaborative interdisciplinary research projects, across 3 countries resulting in 18 publications (11 as first author) on peer-reviewed academic journals. I have strong interpersonal skills acquired during the experience of working abroad in different countries where I have learnt how to positively interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures.Currently based in Manchester, I work as a Scientific Programme Manager at EMQN CIC, managing projects aimed at ensuring the delivery of high-quality genetic tests to patients. Since joining, I have led projects focused on the design and implementation of EQA materials for POCT in Pharmacogenomics.
