I created RoxLog Logistics to help customers, entrepreneurs on their internationalization and enhance ongoing logistics. I work with partners to negotiate International Freight, air and ocean, customs brokerage, warehouse services and fulfilment. We help customers understand and choose most feasible logistics, incoterm and help them to grow their companies in the US or Brazil. With great network and partners we can provide services from the beginning of operation until the end. We are called the logistics partner in strategy and operations. We offer 360º services and also my company is a registered NVOCC, FMC and IAC.

I was responsible for grow, sales, development of new customers, consultancy of International Logistics and Supply Chain services for different segments such as Freight Forwarders, Pharmaceutics, Importers and Exporters. I made customers logistics feasible to support local legislation in Brazil and South America as well as all market needs. Management on deliveries, pick ups and shipments making sure the delivery achieves higher level of established KPIs and cutoffs. Inventory management and administration, focused on cost reduction, warehouse, search for feasible imports and customs clearance, negotiating with brokers, shipping companies, air, ocean and ground transportation. I helped customers with E-Commerce, Pharmaceutics, Customs Broker, NVOCC, Trading Companies and offered the best logistics service.

I have been responsible for rendering international logistics and supply chain services. Also, I have been responsible for making the logistics feasible ensuring that the company follows international import/export legislation in Brazil and South America; I ensured that all production schedules were up to date in terms of the manufacturing plant and operations in general in the United States and in Brazil; I lead activities among Logistics Operators in Latin America and ensuring that delivery of products achieves higher level on stablished KPIs;I have also been responsible for purchasing and inventory management , cost reduction, searching for feasible purchases, imports and customs clearance. I have implemented with IT team the ERP systems in the United States and link with Logistics Operator Systems in Brazil;I link and collaborate with other departments to integrate purchase and logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting or shipping;I analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting wellness and health products or supplies and I negotiated transportation rates with brokers, shipping companies and ground transportation;I have been responsible in ensuring carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery. With my eyes on the market and changes I was always searching for improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes. Recommended transportation modes, logistics operator, routing, equipment, or frequency to CEO and CFO or approval. Maintained metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training on safety records.

I was responsible for Supply Chain area, including Purchasing, Order Entry, International Logistics, system implementation, local inventory for all sites in Latin America Region, Local Logistics, Warehousing, Purchasing, Customer Services Importing and Exporting. I had under my responsibility Business Intelligence where I could provide to all areas their individual metrics and reports. I was also responsible for providing proof of delivery (POD) to finance department recognizing local and international sales. I was also responsible for cost saving and transportation. Maintaining system registration, pricing, sourcing rules updated was also under my responsibilities. Demand Planning and S&OPs meetings were necessary to keep our accuracy and I have lead all the meetings and reports. I insured we had enough stock to attend all customer in the Region, interaction with partners in the US and Sweden where main GEs warehouse were. I established procedures and SOP. Have been Project Management on Supply Chain, leading stock management, transportation, costs, ABC curve for main products, service calls and attendance. Have been the Project Manager for the Oracle Service System ERP for the Latin American Region.

I was responsible for imports and exports of the different areas of the company and had a team under my responsibility to attend company needs. I supervised all inbound and outbound shipments. I interacted on international negotiation and local procurement related to international logistics. I was responsible on bringing optimization on logistics as well as search for savings and opportunities on the area. I have experience in contacting Federal Customs, Anvisa’s staff, Decex and Secex. Also, I was responsible for presenting monthly KPIs. I was responsible for the budget, forecast and landed cost. I also participated on Union’s meeting to understand and search for better opportunities related to foreign trade and Anvisa’s legislation.

I have worked as a Strategic Buyer on International Logistics Services Dept. My main responsibility was on all services related to foreign trade in South America. I was responsible on hiring agents, port terminals, vessel such as liner shipper, parcel tankers, airfreights, road and train transportation. I have worked on Regional Bids applying the best logistics solutions for business areas. I have worked on global and regional project implementing logistics

I was responsible to coordinate CVRD´s importation. I had a team with 25 people spread throughout Brazil. We had contact with purchasers, suppliers and local services in order to deliver the goods at their mining in Brazil. Our team was responsible to import, account their stock and their fixed assets. We had integration with their mining engineers to achieve their time frame

I was responsible on the negotiating with both foreign and local suppliers. I was responsible for all foreign trade service administration and broker’s work as well as the follow up of the purchases and shipments. I was also responsible to administrate the contract with suppliers and manage the integrated system SAP on the purchasing module MM. We made analysis on minimum lot to import focusing best logistics and savings to the company. Search for new international supplier and register the as potential supplier was also part of my job description.

I have implemented the import and logistics department, always focusing market necessity and cost reductions. Initially I have worked with a budget of R$ 40 mi/year on stock, taxes, duties and logistics costs.I have participated on continuous studies with consulting companies on logistics duties since the product had a very high duty collection per different state. I have implemented the imports via Vitoria´s Port using the Fundap System to reduce local taxes and logistics costs.I have also implemented the both integrated system of the company first the Siscorp System and second the SAP system. I have been Key User for the following modules: registration, sales, purchase, taxes & duties, stock, import and export, customizations to attend company’s necessities. I was responsible for stock planning and local distribution of the products and merchandise material. Local and International negotiation was under my responsibility.

I have implemented the import and technical assistant department, building up the stock and spare parts stock for machinery and molds. I have implemented forms and schedules for the technicians. I coordinated the imports and exports of machineries, molds, spare parts for trade shows and direct sales. I was responsible for implementing the integrated system for all modules and it’s customization.I administrated the construction of the technical center in Jundiaí with a USD 11million budget. I was responsible for purchasing, cash flow, payment, logistics and imports.Since import and logistics were under my responsibility, I was in charge of it’s cash flow and import duties collection as well as customs clearance, stocking, sales and distribution.

I worked on registration department and internal sales. Also, I was the Customer Service manager assistant, being responsible for the managerial reports and sales authorization. Later on, I have changed department and was responsible for the market and managerial reports, outside sales and workshops assistant for the sales department.I have worked on trade show as building coordinator, hiring services, importing and exporting the products.
