I am a former newspaper reporter, real estate broker, and wellness coach, eager to serve my community and the greater good. I am passionate about human connection and the importance of creating sacred space for individuals to express their authenticity.Sacred spaces can be found everywhere: in nature, in outer space, in our homes and work, in communities, and within ourselves, through the mind-body-spirit connection. This awareness is needed now more than ever, especially as we send more humans into space, and as they experience "the Overview Effect"- seeing Earth from space. It's an effect on the mind-body that is similar to the effect one experiences during meditation: feelings of unity, compassion, and the realization that our true Self exists in the realm of pure potential where anything is possible!It is my goal to one day personally experience the Overview Effect so that I may propel my mission even further: helping others find their own inner space of stillness and silence, creating a wave of conscious coherence across the globe.
