This resulted in an intensive and instructive description of 19 case-studies and best-practices from a varied perspective ('bricks, bytes and 'behavior'). On the basis of the cases I developed a guideline which connects and summarizes the cases and the learning experiences, called 'De 8 Elementen van Vernieuwing'. With this guideline and vision I challenge organizations to really benefit from New Ways of Working and I show them how-to. 'De Kunst van Het Nieuwe Werken' is a practical book for decision makers, managers and professionals who are working on innovation of organizations. The book was nominated 'Managementboek van het jaar' in 2012 and the cases still have their relevance today.
