Macadamia Beauty BV is a professional hair care line with international offices in Oss, the Netherlands and Los Angeles, USA. The distribution area contains Europe, Africa, Central-Asia and India. I am resposible for about 14-16 distributors in different countries to define and develop key accounts strategy. Besides managing the entire sales process and guarding the targets, I establish a strategic & operational marketing plan to achieve short and longterm objectives.

Responsible for all aspects of Sales & Marketing for a high –end hair care brand, Macadamia Natural Oil. This includes working with a team to establish Global Innovation, Marketing Activities, PR, participating in trade shows, international sales, processing orders, contact management for distributors in Europe, Africa and India.
