In addition, understanding and complying with the Terms of Access (TOAs).-Operation of a Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS)-PICARRO-Surveying pipeline ROWs with PICARRO to detect gas emissions from Coal Seam Gas infrastructures-Reporting infrastructures conditions and environmental impact activities of the Coal Seam Gas activities.

To be able to conduct this task, I undertook the following activities:- I described all the production equipment of each production line.- I elaborated a functional and technical code to identify the production equipment.- I designed and elaborated a data sheet for each individual production equipment.- I applied the Huerta Methodology to evaluate the production equipment in terms of their Criticality.- I undertook a failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) of the systems and subsystems.- I statistically analysed the failures of all the critical equipment to determine their reliability, maintenance requirements and availability.- I defined all the maintenance activities for the production equipment with the resources and costs necessary to undertake them.Key achievements:- Rapidly identification of the production systems and subsystems from the maintenance personnel.- Guide to perform the maintenance activities efficiently.- Reduction of the time between failures of the production equipment.- As a result, the reliability of the equipment increased and the cost due to corrective maintenance decreased.- The availability of the equipment increased so the losses due to equipment failure decreased.- This maintenance program can be used as a guide to elaborate any maintenance program of an organisation.
