Working to change the way people view the world and its problems. . Some have viewed me as an idealist yet I simply believe the world and all of us that live in it deserve better than what we have given it. The world, the people, the animals, the environment deserve to know peace and to live in peace among one another.Working in the education field has taught me much about how we view our society. The one thing I have learned is that we look at ELL students and how they do or don't fit into our school system all wrong. Among some of the other things I have learned is that education is the most important thing, it can open any door and every opportunity no matter your back ground. Every child is capable of reaching rigorous standards and high bars, it just a matter of how they get there. Every educator, parent and member of the community should be working to ensure that kids have access to a safe education where they can grow and learn. Education should always come first, because without it the world just sits.
