My main activities are, as member of leadership team, the support to CEO and Top management in the evaluation of new strategies, in the management of financial risk and in special projects, like a due diligence process.Moreover, I coordinate the budgeting/business plan process and support the commercial and production departments by the monitoring of product cost and the evaluation of the potential/actual margin generated by prospect and actual customers.Finally, I coordinate the monthly closure, the elaboration of statutory consolidated financial statement (also by the management of auditors team), the development, the monitoring of the company KPI and support in the preparation of Italian statutory report.

My main activity is the business/financial valuation of new investments opportunities examined by Novari Holding.

My main activities were, as member of leadership team, the determination of the method of evaluation of new marketing offers, the monitoring of new customer quality and profitability and the follow-up analysis focused on elaboration of commercial actions needed in case of results under the expectations. Moreover, I was in charge of forecast (new customer net revenues, cost of acquisitions, division opex and capex), competitive analysis and warehouse monitoring.

My main activities were the control management of gross margin, opex and capex of sale division, the support of sale managers during forecast/budget process and the elaboration of ad hoc analysis for top management. Moreover I coordinated the monthly closure of Net Revenues (more than 1 billion €) and commercial costs both variable and fixed (more than 600 million €). I also managed some special project as the implementation of Hyperion and I was member of the team that supported CFO during the Italian Stock Exchange admission process.
