In 2018, I joined Green Arrow Capital Group, an Alternative Investment Management group, holding Private Equity, Private Debt and infrastructural funds. In the Italian Asset Management Company I was asked to set up the Internal Audit function. After five years, I joined the Board of Directors as AML and Internal Controls referee. At Goup level, I am in charge of the process integration of the regulated intermediaries. Before that, I spent twenty years in the banking sector, ten of which working as internal audit manager for a leading European bank. In my role I have always been able to turn a mere control function to an added value consulting activity, able to understand the business, the intrinsic risks and well balancing controls’ costs and benefits. I also contributed to the coordination of the BNL-BNP Paribas Italy audit activity, as Deputy head of the territory function. From 2013 to 2016 I took a period off, in order to follow some personal projects. I co-founded two companies, supported the web start-up one as CEO, by using my diverse background and management experience. In that period of time I took the chance to better balance work and family.Fluent in French and English, analytic, curious, rigorous, I am able to build strong relationships at different levels, dynamic, structured, problem solver and determined.
