Hi I'm Rosanna and an aspiring medical student hoping for a place at a prestigious university in the UK. I'm 17 and looking for any work experience in order for me to get a better insight into medicine. I am currently studying Chemistry,Maths, Biology and Politics at A level and awaiting on predicted grades. I am predicted an A* in Chemistry, Biology and Politics and an A in Maths A level and I am studying at Wycombe High School.I have already been volunteering in a care home and have completed work experience at both Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Harefield but would love to undertake more to experience as many fields as possible. I actively partake in essay competitions and am currently drafting a magazine article for the Medic Mentor Magazine! This has helped me learn to cite sources effectively and shows how I take it upon myself to carry out my own wider reading and researchI am currently the Deputy Head Girl at Wycombe High School (a grammar school in Buckinghamshire) as well as previously being a Deputy House Captain and a Student Ambassador. These roles have helped me to develop both my teamwork and leadership skills. We have also recently been collabing ideas with local schools including the Royal Grammar School and John Hampden Grammar School - emphasising my teamwork skills further
