Working as a ProjectOfficer for the strategic asset management team who undertakes a wide-ranging of activities to ensure that council is making themost effective use of assets, driving forward programmes of rationalisation and moving towards lean and environmentallysustainable estate. Also working on the Workstyle Programme that was absorbed by Corporate Property - Monitoring the financialaspect (revenue & capital) of the programme, forecasting and project the programme expenditure, Project documentations, andmaintaining the Risk and issues log , highlighting changes to the Project/ programme plan. In Accordance with the Prince2methodology.

Working within the Commercial Team in e-Government Division - CEC Finance and in close partnership with BT billing Team. Major tasks I had to accomplish whilst performing this job. Re-charging the desktop Management line of the BT core bill, Recharging Operational Points to Departments, Estimating and checking P&BC transaction Payments, Asset Management, Update the Operational Points tracker (strawman), Monitor Operational Points spend, Recharging BT for in-scope Unassigned Invoices (Vocalink, or Ai Solutions, Bloomberg, Northgate, Redsky). CEA - Cost Effectiveness Analysis, WIP rate check - (Earnings index - RPI), Performance procedures - Annual and quarterly KPI preparation. Reviewing Major Incident Reports. Processing chargeable help calls, logging completion Certificates for ICT requests, etc.

Provided a comprehensive support service to the Chief Executive and managed all aspects of the CEO diary Management, travel and confidential correspondence. Assisted in planning and preperation of presentations and documents.Promoted appropiate access to the Chief Executive.

Over and above my normal duties as a Executive PA to the Head of Service/ Programme Director I have completed the following tasks: Worked on a wide variety of major projects including One Edinburgh smartcards, Child Protection Register Online, Services for Communities ICT Strategy, New ICT system for Children & Families. My involvement in these Projects was to provide additional resource support to Project Managers and has largely been on tasks equivalent to those undertaken by Trainee Consultants.
