Process Analyst builds and updates process documentation for each department. She collects and documents business requirements for projects, process improvements, and automation efforts. She also assists in monitoring process improvement projects and creates summarized reports for stakeholders.

Standards & Controls Supervisor oversees the reverse logistics department which consists of POD In Charge, RUD In Charge, CSR, Trip Summary Validator, Loadplanners, and Site IEs. She serves as the counterpart for Business Excellence. She creates and presents Power BI-like dashboards (using MS Excel) for client KPI. She also supports with the inventory management in the warehouse and conducts root cause analysis and problem solving on issues related to operations.

Operations Engineer shall ensure continuous improvement tools are being utilized for sustainable high operations performance. Gathering and analyzing operational data shall be made to contribute to the improvement projects.
