I was responsible for a collaboration program in high technology, between Sweden and Brazil. The work included a wide network of contacts with companies, universities, institutes and public authorities, in both countries. As well as, to assist the partners in both countries with project brokerage, consulting and financing options and information. The main areas for collaboration were Aeronautics, Transport&Logistics and Smart cities. The role required a clear and effective communication in order to engage and create trust among partners such as Saab, Volvo Cars, Scania, Clavister, Chalmers, KTH, Linköping’s university, Sjöfartsverket, SP, RISE Institutes and others. The project was time-limited until 2015.

I was responsible for developing and leading a team of 20 engineers and several parallel projects, delivering services related to GSM mobile phone systems to various customers and countries. The projects involved Radio Network Design and Improvement services, including activities such as: site (antenna and radio equipment) location, voice and data traffic calculations, mobile quality measurements, parameters definition and tuning. I provided support to clients in project planning, budget forecast/follow-up, resource allocation, and service´s quality and results delivery. The projects were developed at the customers and by engaging the customer's technicians we were able to achieve the best technical solutions. I reached good leadership results by ensuring a good communication, guidance and competence development within my team.

Technical Consultant for Radio Network services on TDMA/GSM technologies. The design services included mobile coverage predictions, traffic calculations and parameters definition. Prior the network´s launch we performed local coverage measurements (drive test) and the necessary adjustments in SW (parameters) and HW (antennas, etc.). The Improvement services addressed different coverage, interference and voice/data traffic congestions issues. During my assignments, working and living in different countries*, I developed my ability to prompt adaptation according to the customers’ requirements and expectations.* Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Saint Vincent, Bonaire, Curaçao, Panama, Nicaragua, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Brazil and Czech republic.
