Provided a suitable learning program for students preparing for competitive exams to enjoy their learning process and make it effective.Looked after student's academic needs. Our method of learning involved making students understand and enjoy the subject rather than rote drill learning techniques followed by most institutes.Involved in a video-based product development. We use videos recorded by very senior professors and researchers and present them in a way in which students understand what they are watching, and learn to think independently.

Cofounded and headed Ignus, a test-prep centre for smaller geographies with lesser awareness.Designed and tested a product after extensive research. We had centres in 4 district capitals in Karnataka and 1 in Goa.Headed operations and product design in Ignus. We developed a scalable blended learning product to provide high-quality education to talented students across the state, to even out the playing field for marginalized students in their pre-university years. We are making it an enjoyable experience for students, and teaching the right learning methods through innovative pedagogical methods.We also made enjoyable experimental and activity-based learning for high school students, which makes their fundamentals strong and caters to their 11th and 12th-standard learning needs.

The research and Initial MVP Testing phase for Ignus was done as an EIR in VIllgro.Customer Research:Conducted an extensive field research for a 3 month period in tier 2 cities across India. The research involved interviews and group discussions with all members in the ecosystem. We mapped the various results with geographies across India and as a major result of this, we pivoted from our initial idea of having just an online platform.Prototyping and testing:Tested various forms of flipped classrooms and checked the results of the classroom sessions. From the results of these experiments, we then chose the best model to run our sessions.Sales and Marketing:With the help of a local education expert, we did extensive marketing and sales for our first batch of Ignus in Hassan, Karnataka.Pilot:The first batch of XI standard students was admitted in Hassan, Karnataka.
