The objective is to assess whether transfusion of convalescent plasma collected from donors who recovered from COVID-19 and had detectable anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies reduces the risk of intubation or death at 30 days in adults who were admitted to the hospital with illness breathing by COVID-19 compared to standard treatment.Supervising and guiding research assistants in the recruitment and randomization of patients, as well as in the insertion of patient data in the REDCap system. I was responsible for meeting the demand of the company that monitors and audit the study in Brazil. I was also responsible for obtaining and organizing the legal documents necessary to carry out the study as well as for compliance with good clinical practices. -
