With over 15 years of experience in building strong, mutually beneficial relationships, I am a Board Member and Leadership Advisor who is passionate about collaborative leadership, strategic planning and execution, social responsibility, and digital transformation. I currently serve on the Board of Trustees of Blind Industries and Services of Maryland (BISM), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing career and training resources to blind residents of Maryland, and on the Board of Directors of Byte Back, Inc., a non-profit organization that bridges the digital divide by increasing access to technology and digital skills training for underserved and under-resourced communities.As a Board Member and Leadership Advisor, I leverage my EMBA from Oxford, my Project Management Certificate from Kennesaw State University, and my skills in stakeholder relations and customer relationship management (CRM) to support and guide executive management, internal and external stakeholders, current and potential clients, virtual business partners, and team members. I also inspire others to identify untapped opportunities and develop innovative solutions by leading in-person panels and online groups, such as the ESGTech Summit, where I am an Advisory Council Member. My mission is to enable and empower individuals and organizations to achieve operational excellence, maximize revenue and innovation, and deliver successful outcomes during times of uncertainty and within the most challenging environments.
