I graduated cum laude from Bocconi and specialized in a Master's degree in Rotterdam. I have during my career closed more than 1 billion euros worth of deals in the Italian M&A mid market, listed 6 companies on the stock exchange and assisted as advisor around 110 companies in Corporate Finance Deals.For 4 years I led the network of UBS private bankers in Italy in the HWNI and Affluent segment with approximately €10 billion of assets under management and 90 bankers distributed across 9 offices in Italy. Within this role I won in 2022 the award as number 1 WM market among European countries.I am CEO of a family real estate company since 2004 and recently (April 2024) became Partner of Broletto Corporate Advisory and Senior Advisor Family Office of Valori AM.
