Lead and direct initiatives in the State of New Mexico including the privitization of several federally assisted housing programs.

• Responsible for the implementation of a project with the Los Angeles County Housing Authority to process over 7,000 annual re-examinations remotely.
• Responsible for the financial planning, organization, and implementation of the NMA contract with HUD to provide financial services to the Miami-Dade Housing Agency.
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities, logistical planning, reporting, and supervision of 20 consultants and 4 support staff for the current HUD contract.
• Planned logistics and project financial plans for various NMA projects and responses to RFPs.
