Formo parte del equipo de Fractal Strategy en el proyecto de Servicios Digitales de Aragón, una iniciativa del Gobierno de Aragón para mejorar los servicios públicos a través del diseño centrado en las personas, que recibió el Premio Nacional de Diseño en 2022. En el marco de este proyecto he trabajado en el rediseño de los servicios de la Dirección General de Vivienda:- Depósito y devolución de fianzas al alquiler- Proceso de solicitud de ayudas al alquiler- Momentos de vida relacionados con la vivienda y la infancia

Imparto los módulos de Diseño de Servicios y Artefactos y Diagramas en el Programa deDiseño de Experiencia de Usuario.

En 2018 fui madre, esta experiencia transformó mi vida a tantos niveles que me llevó a replantear mi carrera profesional y me impulsó a atravesar mis miedos para iniciar mi camino como emprendedora y empresaria.Tener mi propio proyecto me permite tener la flexibilidad que deseo para poder conciliar mi trabajo y la crianza.

As an independent consultant, I collaborate with organizations, agencies, design universities and collectives on a project basis providing design research, service design and training services. Some of the latest projects I've been part of are:- Senior service designer with the Royal Society of Arts, redesigning the RSA Fellow digital experience and supporting the team in the Beta testing phase of their community platform. April - Oct 2022- Senior service designer with the Open University on a discovery project to improve the support services for their students as part of the DXW team. December 2021-April 2022- UX Research & Design with the cyber security department of a Pharmaceutical company. March 2021-Currently- Service Designer, in an Alpha Phase project with the Gov.uk Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, to design a service to help small businesses navigate the regulation that applies to them. February-April 2021.- Innovation facilitator with CIVICUS, October-December 2020- Public policy and service ecosystem design for a Return Plan for the Spanish Ministry of Work, Social Security and Migrations in collaboration with Volvemos.org, October 2018-July2020- Talk at UXER school: Service Design for Social Innovation - https://www.meetup.com/es/UX-Academy/events/236883329/ - Madrid, January 2017- In collaboration with Point-Blank International I designed several user journeys based on user research for different oncology treatments. - Remote- Participated at the Citizen Innovation Lab 'Ciudades que aprenden' by Open Labs, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Media Lab Prado, www.openlabs.mx/convocatoria-2016-4. Taking on the challenge of introducing service design practices in the Spanish public sector. At Volvemos.org, I lead the design work for the first Government Program that aims at supporting Spanish emigrants to return to their homeland. With participation at the core of our methodology, we are facilitating the engagement of a vast community of Spanish emigrants living abroad, different Government Departments and companies that have interest on hiring the Spanish talent with international experience. A pilot and the program launch will take place over the course of 2019.

As part of Innovation Think Tank, I have participated in projects owned by different business units inside Siemens Healthcare within a multidisciplinary team. My focus has been mainly on interaction design and user interfaces development and collaborating in technical projects with 3D models and 2D visualizations. I personally enjoyed also involving project owners in the process through workshops and meetings to engage them to the proposed solutions and maximize the impact of their feedback.
